Ray Tremblay will lead this outstanding Whiskey Club tasting on Friday, October 28 at 6:30 p.m. The event will feature Angel’s Envy Port Finish awarded 98 points, the highest rating ever given to a bourbon by Wine Enthusiast. Called “dangerously drinkable” by Whiskey Advocate, it has also been recommended by Maxim Magazine and Men’s Journal, to name a few. We will also feature its Rum Cask Finish, which was given Four Stars and “highly recommended” by the Spirit Journal, and praised by Bourbon Blog, Drink Spirits, Whiskey Nose and many other industry publications. Angel’s Envy’s Rye finished in rum barrels is a distinctly delicious spirit that stands unique among whiskeys. Ballantyne Beer Garden, A Public Event at The Ballantyne

Gingerbread Lane Professional, Amateur and Child Competition
The Gingerbread Lane competition offers three independent categories, including professional, amateur and child (ages 12 and under) for entry. Gingerbread House Decorating Class
On Saturday, December 10 and Saturday, December 17, 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., create a new family tradition by decorating a gingerbread house together. Executive Pastry Chef Ben Kallenbach and his team will offer some helpful tips at this family-friendly event. The cost is $50 per group (pricing is for up to four people and does not include tax or 23% service charge). Visit The Ballantyne to view an enchanting display of gingerbread creations from Thursday, December 8 through Wednesday, December 28. Gingerbread Lane is free to visit and open to the public, anytime throughout the dates offered. Attendees may vote on their favorite entries with $1 minimum donation per vote. All proceeds will benefit Levine Children’s Hospital (LCH), dedicated to caring for the physical and emotional needs of children and their families. Bissell, The Ballantyne’s parent company, has played an integral role in fundraising for LCH even before its inception.
Also, Santa Claus will make periodic visits to Gingerbread Lane throughout the holiday season.
