The Ballantyne Features Woodford Reserve Personal Selection Bourbon & Complementing Menus
The hotel management partnered with Woodford Reserve to create its own Personal Selection bourbon. With a rich, rounded taste with flavors of citrus, cinnamon, toffee, caramel, chocolate and hints of baking spices, The Ballantyne Bourbon offers at first a smooth, creamy and then lingering almost spicy finish and is available for $14. In addition, the hotel offers a special pairings menu and a collection of handcrafted Woodford Reserve cocktails.

Hot Chocolate & Toddies
Get cozy in the Lobby Friday – Sundays in December from 2pm – 5pm Enjoy hot chocolate with the option to add liqueur along with a selection of garnishes. The cost is $6 and $9 with liqueur.
Visit The Ballantyne to view an enchanting display of gingerbread creations from Thursday, December 11 through Sunday, December 28. Attendees may vote on their favorite entries with $1 minimum donation per vote. All proceeds will benefit Levine Children’s Hospital, dedicated to caring for the physical and emotional needs of children and their families. Open for public viewing daily, at no fee December 11-28, 2014.
Christmas Brunch & Dinner
The hotel will offer Christmas Brunch on Thursday, December 25, noon – 4pm. The elaborate buffet will include a variety of salads, an assortment of cheese and seafood displays, breakfast items with omelet station, carving station and indigenous desserts. There will be live holiday music. Cost is $75 per person, $35 for children, ages 5-13, and complimentary for children ages 4 and under (pricing does not include tax or 23% service charge). Gallery Restaurant will be open for dinner on Christmas Eve. The restaurant will feature its regular menu as well as offer a prime rib dinner special on Christmas.

New Year’s Eve Dinner Package at Gallery Restaurant
Celebrate 2015 in style with an overnight stay at The Ballantyne. The New Year’s Eve Dinner Package includes a luxurious room, dinner for two in Gallery Restaurant, valet parking, internet access and a 4pm late check-out. The package features a special dinner menu and party access. Dressy attire is recommended. Pricing starts at $379 plus tax and gratuity, and the package requires a 72-hour cancellation policy. For guests staying at the hotel or dining in Gallery Restaurant, The Ballantyne will offer a New Year’s Eve Party beginning at 9pm. The event will feature a DJ, drink specials and a champagne toast at midnight. Ages 21 and over only. Dressy attire is recommended.
New Year’s Day at Gallery Restaurant
In addition to its seasonal a la carte menu, Gallery Restaurant will feature pan roasted squab, braised collards and smoked hock braised black-eyed peas at brunch and dinner.
