Spa Policies

To ensure a tranquil start to your visit, we invite you to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows ample time for a relaxed check-in and preparation. To maintain a serene environment for all, services conclude promptly at their scheduled time; please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged in full.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, changing, and preparation. To respect all guests, services begin and end on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

The spa and all treatments are reserved for guests ages 18 and older. Guests ages 12 and up are welcome in the salon for hair and nail services only.

For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added to all services. This includes 15% allocated to the service professional and a 5% facility fee supporting our amenities. Gratuities are separate and may be provided at your discretion. 

Self-parking is available at The Spa at Ballantyne, and parking validation is available with a $25 or more spend.

We provide complimentary spa robes and sandals to all guests at check-in. You may wear your own clothing or change in your private treatment room. If you'd like to own a pair, our signature robes and sandals are sold in the spa boutique.

Spa services valued at $135 or more include access to the relaxation lounges, indoor pool, and locker rooms with amenities. Please note that access may be limited due to occupancy or private events. Day passes are NOT available.

Spa guests may enjoy access to the outdoor pool from April - October, excluding Saturdays and holiday weekends with a $135 or more value treatment.

To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we kindly request that guests refrain from using mobile phones or electronic devices within the spa. If you need to make a call or use your device, our team will assist you in finding a suitable location outside the spa area.

Please inform your provider of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your service to ensure the best possible care.

For the safety of you and your baby, massage services are only available after your 13th week of pregnancy.

We kindly ask that you leave valuables at home or securely store them in your provided locker. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
