Kathryn Alongi

Kathryn Alongi focuses on full body conditioning with an emphasis on core training in order to set the client up for success. Focused on the client’s goals, Kathryn instructs clients to challenge themselves without injuring themselves. Kathryn is an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor.

Timothy Brown

Timothy Brown works specializes in one-on-one training, groups (up to 15), team building, and rehab and conditioning post surgeries such as shoulder, knee and hip. With a full body conditioning approach to training, Timothy tailors the workouts to fit the client’s needs.  Timothy is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Nick Bucci

Nick‘s love of sports and passion to compete became the foundation for his commitment to active living and fitness. This focus was reinforced during Nick’s Navy experience as he participated in competitive boxing and became a “Physical Readiness Instructor.” Nick is a certified NASM personal trainer and has continued to learn many differently training modalities, including corrective exercise and working with athletes. Nick’s passion, work ethic and creativeness are only matched by his desire to make an impact on the lives of his clients and help them attain their fitness goals. Originally from Syracuse, New York, Nick moved to Charlotte after completing his 4-year active enlistment and attended UNC Charlotte.

Lauren Schwaiger

Lauren focuses on functional training by fusing traditional strength training, yoga and Pilates to build a strong and balanced body. In a session with Lauren, you can expect a fun mix of core strengthening exercises, muscle activation exercises and balance work along with strength and cardio all tailored to your fitness level and to achieve your health and fitness goals. Additionally, Lauren helps her clients to make a true “lifestyle change” with nutritional coaching and encouragement to make the right choices outside of the gym for long lasting results!

Margo Fonda

Margo Fonda is certified in personal training with American Council on Exercise and is a level one Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified golf fitness instructor. Training players of all ages and skill levels, Margo advocates golf specific exercises that add strength, stamina and flexibility to the golf game.

Betsy Shuster

Betsy Shuster specializes in pre/post-natal fitness, sport specific training, injury recovery, and post-surgery rehab of spine, shoulder, hip, knee and elbow. Certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Betsy integrates fitness, strength building and cardiovascular conditioning into her training approach.

Kathryn Alongi

Kathryn focuses on full body conditioning with an emphasis on core training to set the client up for success. She emphasizes the importance of a good attitude, dedication, having fun and challenging without injuring as fundamentals for achieving results. Kathryn is an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor, as well as certified by NASM. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) from Yoga Alliance. In addition to training client, she teaches group exercise classes and holds certifications in specialized areas such as TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Athletic Conditioning, Spartan coaching, metabolic testing, water aerobics and more. Born in New York and raised in Miami, Kathryn was a competitive gymnast and attended college on a softball scholarship. She has been a featured performer on a series of ESPN2 Crunch Fitness videos.
