Women's and Men's Locker Rooms
A dry-heat sauna is available in each locker room. Fresh linen and shower amenities are provided for your convenience. You can receive storage locker keys from a front desk agent.
The walking/jogging pathways range from 1 to 3.5 miles in distance and begin by the Spa and continue throughout the hotel grounds, golf course, Dana Rader Golf School, Lodge at Ballantyne and the Ballantyne Corporate Park. During Spring and Summer, a morning runners relief station, featuring fresh spring water and towels, is available at the hotel entrance by the bell stand. Jogging maps are available at the bell stand.

- The Indoor Pool Depth ranges from 3.5' to 4.5' and resistance pools are 4.5' in depth
