Highlights include exclusive distillery portfolios, rare single malts, small batch bourbons, and acclaimed flagship whiskeys from regions around the world. March 31 Utah’s Whiskey History with High West Distillery
On Friday, March 31 at 6:30 p.m., Trevor Hague, Regional Manager of High West Distillery, will detail the history of Whiskey in Utah, as well as the first whiskey-fest out West, “Whiskey Street in Salt Lake City.” Hague will also discuss whiskey’s medicinal purposes. In addition, Hague will talk about the High West Distillery in Park City, Utah’s success and outstanding products within its portfolio.
April 28 Become a Master Bourbon Blender with Woodford Reserve!
Enjoy a sampling of the outstanding Woodford Reserve Distillery led by Brown-Forman Whiskey Ambassador Cameron Brobst. In this Whiskey Club event we will taste the Woodford Reserve Rye, our Ballantyne Personal Selection Bourbon, and create our own custom “whiskey club bourbon” blend by demonstrating the Personal Selection process with single barrels chosen by Master Distiller, Chris Morris.
St. Patrick’s Day
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at Gallery Restaurant with corned beef with smoked butter potatoes and braised cabbage and enjoy Irish porter cake for dessert. Gallery Bar will have dessert and drink specials.
A Toast to St. Patrick Tasting
Enjoy a delicious and informative tasting led by Irishman and Whiskey Connoisseur Fergus O’Kane at Gallery Restaurant on Friday, March 17 at 6:30 p.m. Sample Jameson Caskmates, Redbreast 12-year, Green Spot and Midleton Irish Whiskey complemented by Chef de Cuisine Matt Tilman’s signature Irish creation.
