Domaine Chandon Sparkling Wine & Hors d’oeuvres Pairing

Join The Ballantyne on Monday, August 13, 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m., for a special event hosted by Brian Fairleigh, Domaine Chandon’s Winery Brand & Wine Education Manager. Enjoy tastings of Domaine Chandon Brut, Rose, Etoile Brut, Etoile Rose and Sweet Star, each perfectly paired with Executive Chef Garrett Merck’s small-plate creations. The Whiskey Club at Ballantyne – “Bottled in Bond”

On Friday, August 31 at 6:30 p.m., Heaven Hill’s Amanda Mallas will lead a themed tasting in the spirit of 1897’s Bottled in Bond Act, which requires whiskey to be aged and bottled according to set of legal regulations. The lineup includes Evan Williams White Label, Henry McKenna Single Barrel and Rittenhouse, as well as a cocktail presentation, paired with light hors d’oeuvres.
