The Spa at Ballantyne is open daily to the public and hotel guests. Advance reservations are required.
A specialty spa menu with healthy options, salad, wraps and snacks is available in the spa dining room and can be reserved when checking into the Spa. 45 minute advance notice is recommended. View Sample Menu
Facilities covered by this policy include: Indoor Pools, Jacuzzi, Seasonal Outdoor Pool, Fitness Center, Fitness Center Locker Room and Spa Locker Room Facilities.
*Pricing varies by season and is generally $50 during warmer months when the outdoor pool is open.
- Day Spa Guests, Monday–Thursday receive access to the facilities with a spa service or boutique purchase of $50 pp or more peak season/$25 off peak or you may purchase a day pass for $50 pp peak/$25 pp off peak.
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holiday spa guests receive access to the facilities with a spa service or boutique purchase of $100 pp or more.
- Day spa facility passes are not available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

Q: How early should I arrive for my treatment?
A: Please arrive 30 minutes or more prior to your scheduled treatment time
to allow time to prepare for your appointment and enjoy complimentary
access to our Spa facilities. This includes usage of the locker room, relaxation
lounge, steam, sauna, indoor pools and seasonal outdoor pool.
Q: What is The Spa at Ballantyne’s cancellation policy?
A: Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance for any changes or
cancellations to avoid being charged in full. Spa packages require a 48
hour-notice for cancellation. You will be charged the full cost for any late
cancellation or no-show appointments. Wedding group spa services are
finalized two weeks prior to scheduled appointments.
Q: What if I am running late?
A: As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments begin and end on time
and arriving late will result in an abbreviation of your service time.
Q: Are tax and gratuity included in the price of my service?
A: Tax and gratuity are not included in our pricing. To provide a seamless
spa experience for our guests, a 20% service charge will be added to all
services and packages. Gratuity will be distributed to your providers.
Q: Where can I store my personal belongings?
A: The Spa will provide a private locker to store your possessions. We request
that you leave your valuables at home or in your hotel room safe. The Spa
is not responsible for broken, lost or stolen items.
Q: Do I have to disrobe entirely for my spa treatments?
A: Upon check-in, you will be given a robe and slippers to wear during your
visit. Our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and to respect
your privacy at all times, only exposing the portion of your body that is
being treated. Please feel free to undress to your comfort level.
Q: What is the age requirement to enjoy spa services?
A: Guests must be 16 years of age or older. Children under the age of 16
are welcome every Monday – Wednesday.
Q: May I use my cell phone during my visit?
A: In order to maintain a soothing environment, we kindly ask that you
please refrain from using any electronic devices within The Spa’s premises.
Q: What if I have special health conditions?
A: Please advise our staff of any special requests or medical conditions.
If you have any concerns, we recommend that you check with your physician
before your visit. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. A provider
may recommend modifying your scheduled service to make it safer for you.
