Outdoor Pool at Ballantyne

The outdoor pool provides a true oasis and picturesque views of the golf course.  Guests can unwind on chic chaise lounges with a favorite beverage and cool down under misting umbrellas or under the gazebo. The pool infuses a sense of contemporary style to the traditionally designed Ballantyne.  The 1,875 sq ft outdoor pool is the largest outdoor hotel pool in Charlotte and is open seasonally depending upon the weather and temperature.  Spa and hotel guests enjoy complimentary pool and fitness access. *Please view our pool information and policies below:

Pool Information & Policies
Hours of operation are 8am – 8pm
The outdoor pool is complimentary to hotel guests
The outdoor pool is complimentary to spa clients spending $50 or more at the Spa
Public day pool passes are available at the Front Desk and Spa for $50
Spa clients that bring a guest are required to pay $50 for a day pool pass
No Diving
No Lifeguard on Duty
Children under the age of 10 must have adult supervision
Please be respectful of guests that are relaxing in this area
Ballantyne Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items, we therefore recommend that you do not keep personal items unattended
Outside food and beverages or coolers are not permitted
Food and beverage hours are 11am - 8pm
