The Lodge event portfolio includes corporate retreats, workshops and training, educational seminars, weddings, receptions, charitable events, private parties, holiday celebrations and many more. The Lodge delivers an exclusive feel for groups looking for more privacy.

For multi-level cocktail receptions, the Lodge can accommodate up to 500 people.

Lodge Policy
Currently room service is not available in The Lodge and guests are not permitted to bring outside food and beverage into The Lodge.   Please arrange all food and beverage needs in advance with The Catering & Conference Services Team 704-248-4035. 

Lodge guests are welcome to make reservations at Gallery Restaurant 704-248-4100 located in the Ballantyne Clubhouse , The Spa at Ballantyne 704-248-4141 and The Golf Club at Ballantyne 704-248-4383.  We strongly recommend advance Spa reservations as the Spa sells out quickly.  

Lodge guests are welcome to utilize the hotel health facility and pool at no additional fee.  Complimentary self-parking is available at the Lodge entrance. Pets are not permitted at The Lodge. Please inquire about arrival and departure times, if your event requires earlier check in or later departure to be guaranteed, this must be contracted in advance and additional fees may apply.
