Culinary Challenge Pictured Above
Compete in teams to cook and prepare your dinner for the evening under the guidance of our culinary team. Participants plan a menu, race for ingredients, prep and cook their entrees and sides. This exciting, educational and competitive event is entertaining and memorable for attendees. The culinary team presents fun awards to each team during the dinner. The Scotch Sampling Course
This course is designed to give general scotch knowledge, from the different regions in Scotland, how to differentiate styles of Scotch and how to navigate the world of Scotch. The length of this course may be varied to meet the specific needs, but the course is intended to be 1 hour in length. Six Scotch panels are involved in this course. Best Burger/Slider Competition
This entertaining outdoor event allows members to select from a large selection of spices and ingredients to create their custom burger and/or sliders to be judged and enjoyed while preparing them. Attendees will have guidance by the culinary team and access to gas and charcoal grills. Minimum 15/Maximum 60 Pricing starts at $35 per person Chef fee of $300 per chef plus equipment rental.

Sushi Demonstration
A demonstration of all the ingredients and equipment necessary to prepare and display Sushi Rolls, California Rolls, Tuna Rolls, and Philadelphia Rolls. The Wine Sampling Course
This course is designed to give general wine knowledge, from grape types and growing regions to varietal tastes and flavors. The length of this course may be varied to meet the specific needs, but the course is intended to be 1 hour in length. Six wines are involved in this course, and may be tailored to meet the educational needs or preferences of the guest. Please contact your sales manager to reserve a class or for more information. The Executive Level Wine Experience
This course is intended to educate your guests on the secrets of wine and food pairings, to enable a high degree of comfort when ordering wine. Delving into the theories and backgrounds behind wine and food pairings. This course will allow your guests to sample a wide selection of wines and foods while discussing what makes wine pairing work. This popular team building activity can be arranged on our outdoor putting green and/or golf course. For putting, attendees maneuver through a glow-in-the-dark putting course with glow balls. This can be arranged indoor in the event of rain. Night Golf utilizes glow-in-the dark golf balls and glow sticks for a nine-hole outdoor golf experience.| Available On Property.

Frozen Marshmallow Chipping
Yes, we use frozen marshmallows like golf balls and hit them into a basket! This can be set up in any of our meeting rooms. It can be arranged as either a strictly fun event or with a competitive spirit added to it for team building – usually breaking into two groups. The best players have a “chip off” at the end.  It lasts approximately ½ to ¾ hour. Several putters are supplied for your use. Minimum Attendees: 10 | Available On Property

Let our Dana Rader Golf School instructors analyze your group’s golf swings using V1 Pro Video Swing Analysis software. Golfers receive immediate feedback, swing comparisons with professional golfers, and swing tips for improvement. Great as cocktail reception and meeting break entertainment. An additional feature of the Internet Academy is the ability to email each persons golf swing which can be customized with your company logo and linked to a webpage of your choosing. Instructional Golf Clinic
Dana Rader Golf School’s world-class professionals will guide your group through a variety of golf swing stations designed to optimize a player’s performance and scoring ability. Using a 1-3 hour time frame (or more), your group will receive short game and/or full swing instruction and may include a short game skills challenge, entertaining team competitions, and video swing analysis.
