Liquid Arts - A Unique Cocktail Experience
Gallery Bar has unveiled Liquid Arts, a creative cocktail program that maximizes flavor through inventive nuances. Gallery Bar’s new beverage menu features hand-crafted cocktails using house-made syrups and sodas in addition to fresh ingredients inspired by culinary innovations and techniques.
Pricing starts at $10 per cocktail.

The Ballantyne will feature a very British Tea inspired by the critically acclaimed PBS series Downton Abbey from Wednesday, March 12 through Sunday, March 16, 1pm – 5pm. The culinary team has reviewed Mrs. Patmore’s recipes to present Dowager Countess of Grantham’s favourite tea savouries and sweets. The menu will be accompanied by a variety of loose leaf tea from Harney & Sons Teas and the option to add cream sherry for $8. Attendees are encouraged to dress in 1920s period clothing. National Barbecue Month
In honor of National Barbecue Month, Gallery Restaurant will feature a weekly barbecue plate special for $15 throughout May. The special will be available at lunch and on the bar menu in the evenings. As a complement to the BBQ, Gallery Restaurant will feature weekly beer flights from local breweries. The cost for a flight is $12 or $5 for an individual selection.
