Patriot Golf Day
Friday, August 29 through Tuesday, September 2, The Golf Club at Ballantyne will accept donations to benefit Folds of Honor, an organization that provides post-secondary education for children and spouses of military men and women killed or disabled while serving and protecting our country. For $5, receive a complimentary bucket of range balls; $35, a complimentary weekday round of golf to be used Monday – Thursday (excluding holidays); $50, receive a complimentary weekend round of golf to be used on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Fire in the City Quarter Final Dining Competition Presented by Got To Be NC
Gallery Restaurant's Chef de Cuisine David Moore will “battle” David Feimster of Fahrenheit at a dinner event located at Bonterra Dining & Wine Bar on September 9. Each chef will create a menu featuring a local “secret” ingredient in each course. Reserve your seat today.

Bourbon & Burgers in September
To celebrate National Bourbon Heritage Month, Gallery Restaurant is featuring bourbon cocktail and bourbon flight specials. In addition, Gallery will offer daily burger specials for lunch and dinner throughout the month.

Afternoon Teas
Afternoon Tea is served Tuesday through Saturday from 1pm to 5pm year round.
The cost for each tea is $32 for adults and $16 for junior patrons (plus tax & gratuity). Reservations are required: 704-248-4100.

The following special teas will be available this summer during Afternoon Tea:

In addition to Afternoon Tea, The Ballantyne features a series of specialty teas. At Astrological Tea, guests can enjoy a special tea blended for each Zodiac sign and will receive a corresponding card detailing the Zodiac traits. Offerings include:
White Tea for Virgo (August 23 to September 22); blended organic Rooibos & minted verbena for Libra (September 23 to October 22); black currant tea for Scorpio (October 23 to November 21); black China tea for Sagittarius (November 22 to December 21); and decaffeinated Earl Grey supreme tea for Capricorn (December 22 to January 19). Zodiac Tea is available during traditional Afternoon Tea service.

Scottish Tea is Wednesday, September 24 through Saturday, September 27. Celebrate Scottish style with traditional tea accompanied by savories and confectionaries representing the best from the Highlands. Attendees are encouraged to wear their clans’ tartan or favorite plaid.

Marie Antoinette Tea is Wednesday, November 5 through Saturday, November 8. Featuring teas inspired by Marie Antoinette, guests can sip on flavorful varieties such as Le Grand Amour (great love), a fruity blend of raspberry and red currant and Je T'aime (I love you), a mix of vanilla and caramel.
